Unlike pear cider, Sparkling Pear Wine is more closely related to champagne, only it is made with 100% Ontario pears and has an alcohol percentage of 11.2%. This particular Sparkling Pear Wine took a lot of ingenuity as not all pears are made equal and making the perfect pear wine requires specific kinds of pears sourced from across Southern Ontario. The crisp and floral pear flavors are so delicate and mouth-watering that this one won’t last long!
